Dear Families:

It has been an amazing first eight days of the 2021-22 school year! We are so excited to have your son/daughter back to in-person learning and our staff has worked hard to provide meaningful learning experiences, despite the heat wave!

As a reminder, I wanted to continue to urge families to please keep their student(s) home if they are not feeling well or if they are showing signs and symptoms of illness. We will certainly work with students who are absent due to illness and provide additional opportunities for make-up work.

As was the case last year, school districts are still required by the Ohio Department of Health to report all cases of COVID-19 in their school buildings and provide notification to parents and guardians. We will provide daily and weekly updates to our school website of positive case numbers in each building.

Once again, thank you for entrusting us to educate your child.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Secrist
Superintendent
