3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the April regular meeting.

4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for April 2023.

5. Recommendation to approve the 5-Year Financial Forecast for FY23 through FY27.

Dave Kaple - High School Safety Monitor, effective January 3, 2023

Constance Jamieson - Junior High Safety Monitor, effective September 23, 2022

9. Employment: Approve the following for employment for the 2023-2024 school year, pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements:

Meredith Cotterill - Pre-School Director, two-year contract, effective August 1, 2023

Jessica Duffey - 4th grade, Eastern, one-year contract, effective August 18, 2023

Gabe Sanchez - 6th grade Eastern, one-year contract, effective August 18, 2023

10. Salary Adjustment: Approve the following salary adjustments:

Lindsey Brokaw - MA + 20 to MA + 30

Michelle Smith - ME to ME + 10

11. Teaching / Extended Service Contracts: Approve teaching / extended service contracts for 2023-2024 as listed in Attachment “A”.

12. Supplemental Activities: Approve supplemental activity contracts for 2023-2024 as listed in Attachment “B”.

13. Retirement: Accept Junior High educational aide Amy Campbell’s retirement, effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

14. Non-Certified Contracts: Approve contracts for classified employees as listed in Attachment “C” for 2023-2024.

Other Business:

15. Class of 2023: Approve the graduating class of 2023, as presented by Principal Jamie Masi, pending successful completion of all graduation requirements.

16. Diplomas: Approve Alyssa McCready as the staff member handing out diplomas at graduation, as voted on by the senior class.

17. Student Representative: Recommend Jacob Halfhill as the 2023-2024 student Board Representative.

18. Tuition Students: Accept the following tuition students for the 2023-2024 school year:

19. Coaching Resignation: Accept Teresa Alt’s resignation as junior high cross country coach.

24. NEOnet: Recommendation to approve agreement with NEOnet which has now merged with NCOCC 25. Mid-Ohio ESC Preschool Lease: Recommendation to approve the lease agreement with Mid-Ohio ESC for preschool space for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.

26. Knox County ESC: Recommendation to approve service agreement with Knox County ESC for overflow preschool, therapy, and other student services, as needed, for the 2023-2024 school year.
