Lexington Minutemen Junior High Football
All altheletes must have the following forms filled out and signed before they can attend practice: Emergency Medical, Eligibility Form, Code of conduct form, Athletic Pledge Form, OHSAA Participation Form, Ohio Dept. of Health Concussion Form, Lexington School Insurance Waiver Form, and a OHSAA 2016-2017 Physical Form.
Mandatory practice will begin on Monday August 1st. from 6:30-8:30. 7th and 8th grade teams will practice at this time Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, and Friday until the start of the school year.
