1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.
2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and
present any communications.
Recognition of the Girls’ State Championship Tennis Team.
State Representative Margaret Ann Ruhl to recognize the Lexington School District
on the eighth Excellent rating by the Ohio Department of Education and to recognize
Lexington High School, Eastern Elementary, Central Elementary and Western
Elementary on their Excellent ratings as individual buildings.
Abby Kuhn, Student representative to the Board will present her report.

3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the November regular meeting.
- Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for November 2010.
- Treasurer requests approval of Appropriations Modification as enclosed.

11. 2011 Board Meetings: Set date and time for the Organizational and Regular January 2011 Board
of Education meetings.
12. Recommend the Board of Education increase the following substitutes hourly rate due to the
January 1, 2011 increase in the State of Ohio Minimum Wage:
Substitute Cafeteria Worker $7.40 hour
Substitute Office Aide – Transportation $7.40 hour
