1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

  3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the February regular meeting Board minutes.

4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for February 2021.

5. Recommend approval of "Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor".

6. Accept donation of electromagnetic sprayer and disinfectant from Local Project Pro valued at approximately $800.

7. Approve Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Competitive Retail Electric Service from the Lowest Responsible Bid for the Period July 2022 Billing and Terminating No Later than the June 2027 Billing Cycle through META Solutions purchasing cooperative.

8. Resignation: Accept Sara Thorburn's resignation as academic challenge co-advisor for the 2021-2022 school year.

9. Retirement: Accept Becky Young's retirement as Junior High PE teacher, effective at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Stephanie Blackstone - Tutor for 3rd student, no more than 5 hours per week, $20.00 per hour through end of July 2021

Jane Goodall - Tutor for 3rd student, no more than 5 hours per week, $20.00 per hour through end of July 2021

Sherri Johnston - High school attendance secretary effective August 6, 2021

12. Retirement: Accept Kristi Larson's retirement as educational aide at Western, effective June 30, 2021

13. Employment: Approve Janice Knox as long-term Food Service sub, step 0, effective March 4, 2021.

14. Coaching Resignations:  Accept the following coaching resignations:

15. Coaching Recommendation:  Approve Lisa Pfizenmayer as a Junior High track coach.

16. School Calendars:  Approve the school calendars for the 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 school years as enclosed. 

17. Bus Bid:  Approve the recommendation to purchase one (1) 84 passenger school bus from Cardinal Bus Sales totaling $101, 859. This includes all spare parts, warranties, and the trade-in deduction.

18. Resolution:  Recommending for the consideration of the Board of Education the adoption of the enclosed Resolution notifying the Ohio Department of Education of our district's intent to administer the Third Grade English Arts and Third Grade Mathematics assessments in paper format for the 2021-2022 school year.

19. Substitute List:  Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute dated 02/17/2021 as presented by MOESC.

20. Schools Facilities Resolution:  Approve the Resolution Approving the Construction Development (CD) Phase Submissions for the new 7-12 school.

21. Recommend the Board approve the enclosed proposal from Front & Center Turf to maintain the high school football and soccer fields.
