Regular Meeting

Agenda:

1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.

Financial Items:

  3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the December 16th regular and December 22nd Special Board meeting minutes.

4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for December 2020.

5. Treasurer requests approval of the fiscal year 2022 Tax Budget.

6. Accept donation of $5,000 from Warren Knorr for the Terry McCammon Scholarship Fund.

7. Approve invoice in the amount of $7,850.01 from Naviance for college and career readiness implementation package for the high school.

8. Resignation: Accept the resignation as high school Intervention Specialist, effective at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

9. Salary Adjustment: Approve the salary adjustment for Diane Eifrid from ME +20 to ME + 30.

10. Employment: Approve the following for employment:

Dave Carter - Long-term substitute high school guidance counselor effective February 22 - May 7, 2021, $110.00 per day

Melinda Matuch - Long-term sub, junior high, effective January 19-February 24, 2021, $110.00 per day

11. Maternity Leave: Approve maternity leave for Kristen McPeek from approximately February 17, 2021 through approximately May 10, 2021.

12. Leave of Absence: Approve an unpaid leave of absence for Cynthia Patrick effective November 16, 2020 through approximately the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

 

Other Business:

13. Coaching Resignation:  Accept the following coaching resignations:

Jennifer Moore - High School track

Alyssa McCready - Girls' JV soccer

Jay Schmidt - Junior High track

14. Administrator/Supervisor/Non-Union Contracts:  Approve the two-year contracts with the Administrative team, Supervisors, and those in non-union positions effective retroactively to August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2022 per enclosure.

15. Bus Bids:  Authorize the Treasurer to advertise for bids for one new bus per recommendation and specifications from the transportation department.

16. Substitute List:  Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute dated 12/16/2021 as presented by MOESC.
