Regular Meeting

1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.

Cameron Kindred, Student representative to the Board will present his report.

Financial Items:

  3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the December 2015 minutes.

  4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for December  2015.

  5.   Treasurer requests approval of the fiscal year 2017 Tax Budget.

  Personnel Items:


       6.  Resignation:   Accept the resignation of Jennifer Dewald, Jr. High English, effective January 6, 2016

       7.  Employment:   Approve the employment of:

Lori Switzer  - Long term sub January 4, 2016 until approximately Janaury 20, 2016, $100.00 per day.

Claudia Ruihley - Assist in administering the DRA tests for the 2015-2016 school year at the substitute teacher pay rate, effective January 12, 2016

       8.  Salary Adjustment:  Approve the salary adjustment:

Holly Rice  -  ME + 10 to MA +20

Dan Studet - BS + 20 to ME


       9.  Retirement:  Accept the retirement of Brian Bazley, Western custodian, effective December 31, 2015.

Other Business:

      10.  Authorize the Treasurer to advertise for bids for two new buses.

      11.
