The Lexington Board of Education met in regular session in the boardroom at 7:00 p.m.

on Monday, December 13, 2010. Mr. Robert Whitney, President, called the meeting to

order. Roll was called by the Treasurer.

The Board recognized the Lady Lex Tennis Team for winning the State

Championship. Members of the team include:

Mr. Harris presented each team member with a medallion to recognize their

exceptional achievement. Coaches Ron Schaub and Rob Michaels were also

commended for their hard work and successful coaching experiences.

State Representative Margaret Ann Ruhl presented proclamations to Central

Elementary, Western Elementary, Eastern Elementary and the High School for

earning an Excellent rating for the 2009-2010 school year. Mrs. Dinkel, Mrs.

Ruihley, Mr. Daup and Mr. Goode were on hand to accept copies of the

proclamation on behalf of their students and staffs.
