The Junior High Robotics Team traveled to Highland Middle School recently to compete in the VEX IQ Mix & Match Tournament, and they had an amazing showing! Team Highlights: • Teams placed 4th, 5th, and 12th overall • The team of Audrey I., Bella P., Ben G., Emilia W., Mallory G., and Kameron L. earned 2nd place in the Skills Competition • And bringing home our first-ever robotics award, the Innovative Award, was the team of Corey L., Gabrielle R., Grayson W., Jacob J., Konnor F., and Tyson E. We are so proud of these hardworking students and their incredible teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. Congratulations, Robotics Team, and good luck at your next competition!

Lexington Middle School celebrated the 67th day of school in the only way that made sense… by going FULL 67! If you can’t beat the trend, you lean all the way in, and we absolutely did. We hid 67 “6 & 7s” around the building for students to find and redeem for prizes. We blasted hits from 1967 between class periods (you’re welcome, kids). And yes… we had giant balloons, because why not embrace the chaos? It was peak unhinged 6 7 energy, truly the most on-brand day we’ve had all year, and we loved every minute of it.

Mrs. Wells’ junior high PE students are right on target! Recently, they took to archery to sharpen their aim while building focus, coordination, and confidence with every draw and release.

The first day at Lexington Junior High was filled with fun and connections! Students kicked off the year by playing “Get to Know You Jenga”, a great way to learn more about each other while building friendships and teamwork.
