Writing
We will continue to work with sentence structure, capitalization, punctuation, and answering questions with a complete sentence. This month we will be working on writing stories with a beginning, a middle, and an end. A great way to help your child develop their writing skills is to begin a journal at home. A simple spiral notebook works well. Have your child write down sentences about their daily activities, write a story or a poem, or write a letter to a special friend. These are all great ways to strengthen their writing skills
