THE HALLOWEEN PARADE IS CANCELLED.

BRUNSWICK COMPETITION & TAILGATE OCTOBER 20th

On Saturday, October 20th the Band of Gold will be traveling to Brunswick for a competition.  Once again this year, we would like to tailgate before we leave, feeding everyone.  The time is not known yet but will likely be early afternoon.
 
Please consider donating an item to this fun event.  We will need main dishes, sides and of course, desserts.  Water will be provided.
 
If sending a main dish item, please have it pre-cooked.  Brats, burgers and hot dogs could be pre-cooked and brought in a crock pot.  If providing something the would require a bowl, such as soup or chili, please either provide bowls/insulated cups or let me know so that I make sure we have the necessary paper products.
 
Other main dishes that would work well (based on past years) - Tacos, fried chicken or chicken wings, pasta dish.

OMEA STATE FINALS - DAVE & BUSTERS INFORMATION

As in the past, we would like to celebrate our trip to state finals by having afternoon of food and fun at Dave & Busters in Hilliard.  It costs $23 per person and includes a lunch fajita buffet and a game card.  Our music boosters approved to pay for $13 of the cost.  Each student needs to bring $10 to Mr. Graham ASAP.  If you are not planning on attending, Mr. Graham needs to know ASAP.  

Adults - You are more than welcome to attend Dave & Busters as well.  You will need to order off the main menu.  Seating is limited in the room that we have reserved for us.  Feel free to watch the OMEA State Finals video with us.

ACT TESTING & OMEA STATE FINALS
OMEA STATE FINALS - October 27th. Although it is not guaranteed, our performance date has been the last Saturday in October for State Finals. This year, ACT's will be given on that date. OMEA highly recommends that you schedule your ACT's for other dates as they cannot guarantee a time slot for Saturday, October 27th. If you are planning on taking the ACT on October 27th, please schedule for a different weekend. Thank you
